Lawrence Kuhn Obituary

Kuhn, Dr. Lawrence (Larry), was born December 25, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY. He attended undergraduate at NYU and graduated from University Of Pittsburgh Dental School in 1945. He served as an officer in the Army and the Navy at the end of WWII. He married Bernice (Bunny) Sarett in December of 1945. He practiced Dentistry for 50 years in Bellerose, Queens and Central Park South, NYC. He retired to Florida in 1996 where he and Bunny lived in Woodlands and Bocaire. He became known for his artistry as he sculpted in lucite and progressed to large marble statues and sculptures. He recently showed his work at the Coral Springs Museum of Art. Larry and Bunny traveled extensively throughout the world up until very recently. He is survived by his wife, Bunny of 66 years and son Dr. Kerry Kuhn and daughter Debbie Veltri. His greatest pride and joy were his four grandchildren, Lindsay, Dana, Jordan and Kami. We will all miss his wonderful sense of humor and kind and loving nature.
