Mrs. Carter
I met Dr. Carter when he did a revival at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church Orlando, Fl. Being one of Dr. Mills associate ministers I had the privilege of having a one on one conversation in the office and I will never forget how he took the time out to drop some words of wisdom before he had to preach. May the LORD continue to bless you and keep you in perfect peace.

Yours truly,
Min. Steve Brewer

Mrs. Carter and Family,
words cannot express my deep sympathy and my gratitude for sharing Dr. Carter with us all. My fondest memory is when I was at the doctor's office and I overheard two ladies talking and they did not have a bad word to say about Dr. Carter. I was so proud to have him as my pastor and you as my first lady. God's Blessings and comfort to you.

Graciously submitted,

May God be with the family of Mack King Carter,he was a good friend of my dad Willis Wright Sr. RIP

October 12, 2013

Mrs. Carter:
No one could ever script the life experiences that I personally had with my “Dear Mack”. “My Mack", simply denotes MY personal relationship with him as a friend, classmate and a spiritual Mentor. Dr. Carter was a classmate of mine from Howard High School in Ocala, Florida. We spend countless years in the Marion County School system from elementary years through high school. I will never forget being in the 6th grade and having “Mack” tell the class: “I am going to be a Minister”!!! He said this with such conviction that no one had any comments. We just believed him.
My Father, Rev. Jesse E. McCrary loved “Mack” like a SON. My Brother, Jesse J. McCrary, loved “Mack” like a BROTHER. My daughter, who was just a youngster when she met him, felt that he was her PASTOR. Like my classmate, we took the liberty to call him our “Mack” for he was the Center of our class in terms of encouragement and teaching about the love, forgiveness and mercy of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. There will NEVER be another MACK KING CARTER.
With all the love one can have for another, I am asking the God stands with you during these days as I know the pain is there for your loss. Yet, just as Mack preached, we all know that he is with God and probably telling him what a “delicious” pleasure it is to stand at his side!

Mrs. Carter and Family.

I moved to Ft. Pierce nine years ago, but spent most of my adult life in Ft. Lauderdale as a member of Mt. Olive. I can't begin to tell you how the experience of being under his teaching touched my life and continues to touch my life today and always. I pray that God will continue to give you strength.

Mrs. Carter,
I met Dr. Carter through his television ministry. I was blessed and edified by his powerful preaching and superior intellect. While at a conference in Ft. Lauderdale a few years ago I had the pleasure of attending your church. It was a great worship experience. In greeting us after the service, Dr. Carter even recommended a marvelous soul food restaurant to us.

You and your family have my and my husband's deepest sympathy in the passing of this uniquely gifted servant of a God. May God comfort and keep you.
Sincerely,

Ruth Benton

October 12, 2013

Blessed be this mighty warrior of God! I never will forget the first time I heard him teach on the television. I could not believe what my ears were hearing. I never met Rev. Dr. Mack King Carter but via television, he imparted much wisdom, knowledge and understanding to me. Through my eldest son, I am blessed to have a recorded 80th birthday greeting from Rev. Dr. Mack King Carter which was sent to me when he was with Rev. Dr. Booth at Mt. Olivet Church, Columbus, Ohio. I was so disappointed when he no longer was on Word Network. His teachings were so profound, his vocabulary and his memory were awesome. Truly he was a gifted man of God. I pray God's richest blessing upon his wife and family. You were truly blessed to have such a man for a husband.

Mrs. Carter,
I express my deepest and heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. I will always remember Doc's big wide smile as he always greeted me by saying,"Hello there, Sis. Linda Bell Bradley. How are you and how is dad?" It never ceased to amaze me that he always remembered the names of the people he met. Most of us remember faces, but not the names or we remember the name, but not the face. I thank you for sharing him with not only me, but the world. Just as Doc has transitioned from an earthly life to a heavenly sleep, after everything is over, you must begin the transition back from grief. This comes by taking it second by second, then minute by minute, and so on. The pain will eventually pass, but all the beautiful memories will still remain. Know that I love you with all the love of God in my heart and my prayers are going forth for you and your family.

I will never forget how my life was just in shambles and i didn't know what to do are where to turn. one sunday morning i was laying in bed when a voice said to me get up and put on some clothes and go to church there is a message you need to hear. I jump up and got dress and went to chuch, that sunday Dr. Carter preach about Job and then Dr. Carter said someone here today need to hear this message. At that point I knew he was talking about me. That day something came over me and I knew god was with me and he was letting me know everything will be alright. I miss Dr. Carter every since he retired from Mount Olive Baptist church. I know we will never have a most powerful leader as Dr. Carter, because he is a man of God.
I wouldn't miss his bible study, because I knew there was a message there for me.
I will always love Dr. Carter and what he stood for. He is truly a man of god and I am glad that I join the church under his leadership.

"COME UP HITHER TO THE FEAST I HAVE PREPARED FOR YOU" THESE ARE THE MELODIOUS WORDS THAT DR. MACK KING CARTER HEARD AS THE ANGELS OF THE LORD TRANSLATED HIM FROM EARTH TO HEAVEN; THE APOSTLE PAUL STATED THAT THERE WERE MANY TEACHERS BUT THERE WERE FEW FATHERS IN THE GOSPEL; TRULY THE LORD GRACED THE BODY OF CHRIST WITH NOT ONLY A PROLIFIC TEACHER\PREACHER BUT A FATHER TO MANY MANY PRESENT DAY LEADERS\PASTORS OF THE GLORIOUS GOSPEL.DR. I started visiting Mt. Olive Baptist Church with my now husband of 33 years to hear Dr. Carter speak because I was captivated by his profound faith in God! I wanted to feel what he felt because I knew it was the real thing! I joined Mt. Olive and became an usher for many years. Thank you Dr. Carter for leading me to learn how to come to know and trust our Real and True GOD for all things. You will be missed by a lot of people for years too come. The Lord came for you in his time and you had to go!! REST IN PEACE GOD'S ANGEL ON EARTH AND NOW IN HEAVEN!!

It is with such a heavy heart that I pen this.Words can't describe how I felt about. Dr. Carter and what he meant to me. Dr.Carter was my pastorfor his 27 year tenure at Mt. Olive. He united Donald and I in holy matrimony 8/5/1995.Dr. Carter had such a tremendous impact on our lives. His preaching, teaching, and tutelage helped mold me into the better person that I am today. I will sorely miss Dr. Carter, but he will always remain in my heart and head. There will never be another preacher or teacher like Dr. Carter, for he was the smartest man on this planet. I''m so grateful that God allowed him to be my Pastor. We moved to West Palm Beach, but would commute every Sunday prior to his retirement. Dr. Carter was a gifted gift . We will miss him terribly, but have comfort in knowing he's resting with Jesus now. Mrs. Carter and family we offer our sincere condolences. Dr. Carter you will always be remembered as the "World's Greatest", to me. We love you and may you rest in peace.

What a giant of a man!!!!! I am blessed to have been a member of Dr. Carter's congregation and recipient of his powerful teaching and preaching for over 27 years. Dr. Carter often told us that he was pregnant with the word of God and had so much to share. "You have transitioned to a new pulpit and a new robe but I'm sure you are still preaching of the goodness of God."
You also had a gift of love, warmth and making everyone feel they were special. There will always be a special place in my heart for Dr. Mack King Carter.
My prayers are with Mrs. Carter and the entire family.
