Mary Eiswerth Obituary

September 8,1926 - September 18, 2018 Miss Jean, as we all lovingly knew her, passed away at the age of 92. She was born in Dearborn Michigan to David and Marguerite Payne. She graduated from high school in 1945, married Robert Eiswerth and moved to South Florida in 1959. Her passion for children and early childhood education led her to start Children's House Montessori School in Pompano Beach. She touched many lives, children and parents alike for over 35 years. The love and caring for what she did is still showing up in the community.. In her golden years Miss Jean's passion was following golf and football. She was even known to place a bet or two, which she usually won!! Miss Jean was the matriarch of our family. She showed all of us what it looked like to work hard while showing love, kindness and caring for everyone while having a great sense of humor. She is preceded in death by her son (David),granddaughter (Monica) and her husband of 47 years (Mr. Bob). Loving mother to her six children, Susan Consiglio, Carol Eiswerth, Pamela Rich, Bobby Eiswerth, April Eiswerth and Jeffrey Eiswerth, as well as seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She will be forever in our hearts and memories! We will be having a celebration of life with a burial at sea which will be in early 2019.

We were very sad to hear about Miss Jean's passing. She was a huge influence on our son's early education (Joshua Henry). We went back to visit her many times after he left. She always talked about my husband repairing the merry-go-round and the fact that it was still working so many years later. She was loved and will be missed.
