I am praying for your family. May God bless and keep you now and forever. Mr Ready was my assistant principal when I attended Plantation High School. I graduated from college and had the privilege of working as a teacher as he served as the assistant principal at Piper High School. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to know him.

My heart aches for you and our family's prayers are being offered up for you at this difficult time. It has been heartwarming to read the entries on the guest book and hope these have been encouraging to you. The days ahead will be difficult, trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Commit your way to God and He will act. I knew Terry from my years at Piper. There are few administrators that I knew in my 36 years of teaching that I respected more. You'll be missed TR. RIP Bud Lindh, Fort Lauderdale,Florida

I am very thankful for the time and heartfelt moments Terry gave me as a transfer teacher to Plantation High. I was an alumnus coming home to teach and he was always there with encouragement and energy to help and assist. I had his children in class and will always remember the gratitude he showed me as a friend and a profesional. What a quality man in that day and age. No doubt the young people that have worked with him through the years have been enriched by his presences. I have, ---thank you Terry! George D. Snyder

I ran into him last year at Best Buy where I was working as a Comcast rep, I helped him find a CD Radio. He remembered me and before we parted ways, we shook hands. He was a great man, treated students as adults instead of kids, the school system will never see another like him. I always looked up to him. Rest in Peace, Mr. Ready.

Terry and I worked together at PHS. He always had a smile and a word of encoragement for everyone. His impact on teachers and students will stand as a testimony to his dedication to education. The world has lost a good and kind man. God sped Terry. You will be missed.
