Dennis Weaver Obituary
Dennis Mark Weaver, 78, of Alma, AR passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021 in a local hospital. He was a retired Truck Driver, loved the Razorbacks, gardening and playing games. He was born May 9, 1943 in Rudy, AR to the late Olen Jewel and Myrtle (Pryne) Weaver. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Weaver; brothers, Jerry, Bobby, Sonny Weaver and sisters, Elaine Bryson and Debbie Berryman.
A private visitation and graveside service will be under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include daughters, Lanie Watts and husband Timothy of Siloam Springs and Tina Spaulding and husband Timothy of Centerville, IN; a son, Dennis Mark Weaver, Jr. and wife Julie of North Little Rock; Grandchildren, Brandon Spalding, Janet Hill, Kayla Rusk, Olivia Watts, Beckett Watts, Sydney Weaver and Wesley Weaver and 7 Great Grandchildren.

I can´t believe you are gone pa just a few weeks ago I seen you and you told me "get your surgery done and get back down to see me. And maybe when you come back, you can bring your dad." Well I came back with dad just two weeks after seeing you, but your time on earth was over. My heart aches! I remember so many things as a little girl coming to see you and mamaw. I remember everyone laughing when you would slide your dentures out of your mouth to scare me. Needless to say, to this day, I hate teeth. I remember the lion king birthday you both gave me, or sitting with you eating cheese it´s or pop corn. I remember buckets of green beans, and watching you make canned cinnamon apples and you´d give me some because they was my favorite. They are still my favorite! I could keep going. I am so thankful I got to see you one last time before you went to heaven, pa! And those words you spoke to me in front of my husband and mom, I will forever be grateful for! To have heard those things from you means so much! I love you pa and I hope you are dancing in heaven pain free! You will be missed!

I love and miss you, Dad! I will miss your voice and your advice. I will always want to play one more game with you. I will tell my kids about you all the time. I won´t forget you and thank you for being my Dad!
