Alexander McCray Obituary

Alexander McCray GRETNA - Alexander "Bumpy" McCray, 47, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2004, in Quincy. The service will be at 1 p.m. EST Thursday at Tabernacle Church of Christ Written in Heaven in Gretna, with burial at Sunnyvale Cemetery in Quincy. Viewing will be from 3 to 8 p.m. EST today at Bradwell Mortuary in Quincy (627-3700). He is survived by his wife, Juanita McCray; five sons, Dereko McCray, Henry Copeland, Willie Copeland, Richard Copeland and James Bennett; five daughters, Dorothy Corker, Ethel Smith, Barbara Smith, Darlene Rittman and Shiela Bennett; his father, Elijah McCray; a sister, Letha Bell McCray II; and three brothers, Arthur McClockton, Willie Nelson and David Nelson.
