Alice Faye Jones Pfeiffer GRAND RIDGE - Alice Faye Jones Pfeiffer, 69, who retired as a medical-records technician for Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2005, at her home. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, William A. Pfeiffer Jr. The service was Wednesday. Lanier-Andler Funeral Home in Sneads (850-593-9900) handled arrangements. Mrs. Pfeiffer was a native of Columbus, Ga., and moved to Grand Ridge early in life. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sneads. Other survivors include a son, Alex Pfeiffer of Orange City; a daughter, Angela Hatcher (and husband Danny) of Tallahassee; three brothers, Frazier Jones (and wife Shirley) of Chattahoochee, Thomas E. Jones (and wife Peggy) of Fort Walton Beach and Kennedy Jones (and wife Thelma) of Edmond, Okla.; a sister, Rebecca Weir (and husband Chuck) of Lake Talquin; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
