How shocked we were to hear of Joedy's passing. Had not seen him in years and wondered where he was and what he was up to. He was an usher at my first marriage and a truly great guy. We knew him well back in the days when we all attended youth group at Daytona Christian Church. Rest in peace, dear friend. God bless. To Joedy's family, our deepest condolences. I know you will miss his charming smile.

There are times when I read an obituary and I think that surely this person could not been as wonderful or special as the text indicates. In Joedy's case, though, I can tell you he really was that great of a man and a truly good friend. I am so sorry for your loss, Cheri and Brian.
