Catherine F. White BLOUNTSTOWN - Catherine F. White, 65, a retired medical records technician, died Sunday, March 4, 2007. The service will be at 11 a.m. CST Wednesday at Blountstown United Methodist Church, with burial at Pine Memorial Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. CST today at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown (850-674-2266). The family will accept flowers, but memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Hospice, 4440 W. Lafayette St., Suite C, Marianna, FL 32446, or to Blountstown United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 299, Blountstown, FL 32424. Mrs. White was born Dec. 31, 1941, in Calhoun County and had lived there all her life. Cathy was a member of the Blountstown United Methodist Church. She is survived by a son, Rick Stoutamire (and wife Terri) of Blue Creek; two daughters, Stephanie Barrington (and husband Tony) of Day, Fla., and Rebecca Balentine (and husband Jeff) of Huntsville, Ala.; a brother, Jimmy Fields of Blountstown; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Elga B. White; her parents, James H. and Lois Fields; and a brother, Jackie Fields.
