Edward A. Quinto

Edward A. Quinto, 93, died Thursday evening June 27, 2013 at the Hospice House, surrounded by his family. He served his country in the US Army as a sergeant in World War II. He was an account executive in sales for most of this life, working in New York City and N. Miami Beach, FL. He recently resided at Broadview Assisted Living and was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church where services will be held Friday, July 5, 2013 at 1:00 pm..

Born April 19, 1920 in Brooklyn, New York, son of Ida and Alfonso Quinto. He had two sisters, Marie Petrillo and Olga Masucci (both deceased). He was married on April 22, 1946 to Regina P. Slizewski (who preceded him in death).

Survivors include a daughter, Jackie Lindsey (and husband Jack), a daughter, Judy

Quinto, a daughter, Patty Scranton (and late husband Paul), all of Tallahassee, FL; 8 grandchildren, Lisa Newman (and husband Dwight), Jennifer Ricardo (and husband Ralph), Tammy Randall Gaviria, Donnie Randall (and wife Stephanie), John Lindsey (and wife Allison), Travis Lindsey (and wife Susan), Elizabeth Scranton, Tara Scranton (and husband Steve Nagy), 11 great-grandchildren, Matthew Ricardo, Hayden, Ella, and Chase Randall, Ally and Emma Newman, Aaron Gaviria, Malachi, Michael and Kara Lindsey and John and Olivia Lindsey, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Big Bend Hospice house located at 1723 Mayhan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308
