Henry Harrell Obituary

Dr. Henry L. Harrell Sr. OCALA - Dr. Henry Lytle Harrell Sr., 94, a physician, died Saturday, June 14, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Frances Allen Harrell. The service will be at 2:30 p.m. EDT Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in Ocala, with a private burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. There will be a reception at the church following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Marion County Inc., 800 S.W. 12th Ave., Ocala, FL 34473 or a favorite charity. Roberts Funeral Home in Dunellon (352-489-2429) is handling arrangements. He is survived by three sons, James A. Harrell of Silver Springs, Md., Dr. Henry L. Harrell Jr. of Ocala and Dr. Frank W. Harrell of Louisville, Ky.; three daughters, Elaine McConnaughhay and Martha Lynn Chumber, both of Tallahassee and Susan Robinson of Columbia, Mo.; a sister, Leora McPherson of Nashville, Tenn.; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
