Innice C. Sizemore

Mrs. Innice C. Sizemore, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, May 03, 2011 at her home. She was born September 1, 1929 in Decatur County, Georgia. She was the daughter of Darby Brooks Smith and Thomas Wiggins Smith.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Chattahoochee and enjoyed the Pairs and Spares Sunday School class and the Choir. She was a military wife and devoted homemaker who always found jobs helping people wherever they were stationed. She was devoted to her family and friends.

She is survived by a sister, Bessie Rabon of New Port Richey; a brother, Glen Smith and wife Alice of Havana; a special friend, Major Ely; special friends and caregivers, Dorothy and Vernon Vickery; twelve nephews and nine nieces; a sister-in-law, Florece Smith.

Innice was preceded in death by her husband, Alger J. (Joe) Sizemore; her parents; her sisters, Thelma Emmanuel, Edith Tyus; her brothers, Milton Smith, Brooks Smith, Curtis Smith and Louis Smith.

Visitation with open casket will be Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 1:45 till 2:00 PM EDT at First United Methodist Church in Chattahoochee, Florida followed by visitation with family from 2:00 till Funeral Services commencing at 3:00 PM EDT. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Rev. Bill Petersen and Rev. Mike Hutcherson officiating.
