Jenny Filichia Obituary

Pearl Jeanell Ward Filichia

Pearl Jeanell Ward Filichia was welcomed in to the arms of the angles on April 21st 2014. She was Born in Geniva, County Alabama, and lived most of her life in Florida. She was the widow of Robert Anthony Filichia, who passed away September 2007. Jeanell was best known as Jenny to her friends.

Jenny was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, who had a deep Christian faith. She was a long time member of Bata Sigma Phi, also a member of Grace United Methodist church and Committee Chair of the Garden Committee at Lost Lakes Community in Cocoa Florida.

She will be deeply missed by her loving family; Joyce Filichia Duty, Robert D. Filichia, Richard W. Filichia. She is survived by six grandchildren, and nine great grand children.

The family will host a celebration of life Memorial Service for Jenny in Brevard County. Monday, April 28th 2014 at 1:00 PM At Grace United Methodist Church on Merritt Island, FL (65 Needle Blvd, Merritt Island, FL 32953). In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice House (1723 Mahan Center Blvd, Tallahassee, Florida, 32308) Bevis Funeral Home is assisting the family with their arrangements (850-385-2193, www.bevisfh.com)
