Just like a sunflower turns toward the sun, assured that the sun's always there, time and again, Mema, I've turned to you to be warmed by the light of your care. Your love has been constant---so strong and unfailing, supportive in all that I do...I know why the sunflower turns to the sun---for the same reason I turn to you. Thank you for always being there for me, Mema. I love you more than words can express. I thank God for allowing me to be your granddaughter.

Dear Whiddon family my deepest deepest sympathy in the loss of one of the most wonderful people that ever walked on the face of the earth. What grand memories I have of Mrs. Whiddon as I would enter their home to find the smiling wonderful Mrs. Whiddon, I will never forget the Christmas I was in and out of their home. I was away from home but had the Christmas spirit in my heart as I shared the season with this family. So many laughs we shared.
Love and prayers to you

Dear Miss Johnnie's Family. I am deeply saddened by the news. Miss Johnnie helped me without a hesitation...she reached out to me and we laughed together about life. She will always be in our hearts and I will continue to laugh with her in my mind. Oh, Miss Johnnie, we'll miss you. Thank you for your kindness in teaching me to deal with my son's paralysis. Mickey and Jennifer, you and your family are in our prayers. Love, Martha

As a child, I have many fond memories of my Aunt Johnnie. She was a great person and always had a smile. Playing in the yard, eating supper, and spending the night at her home are treasured memories of mine. Aunt Johnnie always had lots of patience and understanding. She will be remembered with love. My prayers are with all of you that loved her. She will be missed by all.
