To The Oliver Family, I know it's been a while since the presence of your dear beloved Mother was here, but her presence remains in our hearts. I remember the days as I passed by as she walked down to feed the chickens, and as of this day I still look for her. She was a beautiful person with a beautiful heart. We miss you Mrs. Lillie. (Delvin Oliver's Mother).

I am so sorry to just learn of Lillie Mae's passing. I had been intending to visit her and never got to. Mama has been in the hospital and rehab after a fall, so we were unaware, or I would have attended the funeral. Lillie Mae helped raise me and has a special place in my heart. I have many happy memories of Lillie Mae. I love the Oliver family and will be praying for you all.

Sorry for the loss of a dear aunt. It has been years since I last saw her but her smile has been engraved in my memory forever. I am the daughter of her late husband, Jack brother, Frank. I regret not having met most of her offspring, since I left Quincy immediately after graduating from Carter-Parramore in 1961. However my heartfelt sympathy is with you.

I was sorry to hear of Ms. Oliver's passing. Growing up she was a blessing to my family and I many times. She always treated us respectfully and even now I appreciate that. It has been over 30 years or so since our last visit to her home, but my siblings and I will never forget what she did for us.

I was too young to think to say it then but THANK YOU Ms. Oliver!!!
