Monica Kerckhoff

Monica Kerckhoff Monica Kerckhoff, 49, passed away May 4, 2009 in Tallahassee. Monica was born and raised in Pensacola. She graduated from Tate High School and received a degree from Pensacola Junior College. She was a sorority member of Zeta Phi Delta. Monica moved to Tallahassee in 1979. She continued her education at Lively Vocational Technical School and became a computer programmer. Monica worked for many years for the State of Florida. She is survived by her loving sons, Travis Kerckhoff (Brittany) who is with the U.S. Coast Guard stationed in Clearwater, and Neal Kerckhoff, currently a student at FSU; her granddaughter, Mackenzie; her motherm Lois Wentworth; and stepfather, Marty Wentworth. Monica also leaves behind many brothers and sisters: Dotty Diltz (Craig) of Tallahassee, Deborah Flannagan of Atlanta, Keith Flannagan (Katie) of Virginia, Vicki Thompson (Tommy) of Tallahassee, Vince Flannagan (Laura) of West Palm Beach, and Lisa Flannagan (Eli) of Tallahassee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Monica is preceded in death by her father, William Flannagan. Monica will always be remembered for her kind heart and love of family. She touched the lives of many people and will be missed by the family members and friends that she leaves behind. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. EDT at Culley's MeadowWood Riggins Road Chapel on Friday, May 8th. The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. EDT Saturday, May 9th with visitation one hour prior to services.
