Ps. 55:22

October 2, 2014

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Dr. Agyapong will be missed; he was my first criminal justice professor at FAMU and was the department chair by the time I graduated. He pushed his students and expected nothing but the best from us. I remember my mother and I running into him at the Tallahassee Airport and I jokingly told her "mom, this is the professor who gave me a B". He laughed and said, I'm trying to pull the best out of her. My mother continued on "so, you're saying she is not at her best"? We all shared a laugh and parted ways.

To the family, Dr. Agyapong was one of a kind and he helped to shape my FAMU experience. May God bless and keep each of you.

September 18, 2014

I am so sorry for your loss. Please be comforted by the fact that God cares about you personally and will help you get through your grief.. He says "I have heard your prayers, I have seen your tears" . I will heal you. 2 Kings 20:5. One way that he will heal us, is by wiping away death, mourning, and outcry. And re-establish the earthly paradise once lost, where you can hope to be reunited with your dear son.

Dr. Agyapong will be greatly missed. He will always be remembered in my life as my greatest mentor. He cared when no one else did. He called my parents when I missed his classes, I developed all his pictures at Sam's wholesales while being his student. Dr. Agyapong was not only my mentor but my son Dale jr. also, whom just graduated 5/14 from the school of Criminology. Thank you Dr. Agyapong for your heart! Class of 92'
