Patricia Horne Adams was born on May 14,1950 in Adel Georgia to Mary Christine Horne and Robert Lee Horne. She graduated from James S Rickards High School in Tallahassee Florida. She was a member of Seminole Baptist Church in Tallahassee Florida. She worked as an administrative assistant with the State of Florida.
Patricia transitioned from earthly life, Friday, August 13, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents Mary Christine Horne and Robert Lee Horne, her son Brian Adams, grandson Ivan Adams.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memories: A husband Nathan Carter; a son Brad and wife Candis Adams; a brother Dale Horne and partner Gary Parson; grandchildren Peyton Adams, Colbey Adams, Cassidy Dawkins and her husband Brandon Dawkins; a great granddaughter Charlotte Barrett and a host of family and friends.
