Charlie and Joyce,
Just learned of this today. I am so sorry. I remember Scott best as an adorable blond boy who loved to ride his bike in the parking lot at the Oaks apartments with our daughter Sarah. You are in our prayers.

Dear Scott,
I always thought there would be one last mission we would take. A random chat we would have and talked about “back in the day.” To my friend of many moons and all nighters we would pull. From good to bad and from day to night you never had a bad thing to say and always want to make someone smile. Life was a gift you loved and always wanted more and would never take second for best! The best things will always be remember and all the pain has taken a new shape or form! I know you are looking down and knowing “ haha, you are writing this”
