Sylvia Collins

Tallahassee - Sylvia Knight Collins made her transition from Earth to Glory on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Old West Florida Enrichment Center, 2344 Lake Bradford Road, with the burial at Southside Cemetery.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Leroy Collins; two sons, Kendrick Collins (Amy) of Tallahassee, Michael Collins of Atlanta; two step-children, Anthony Davis (Tammy) and Sade Collins of Tallahassee; one grandson (the love of her life), Vonterious Collins; three sisters, Gloria McBride (Carl), Cynthia Knight both of Tallahassee, Linda Williams (Kelvin) of Winter Haven; three brothers, Willis Knight Jr. (June), Russell Knight both of Tallahassee, Samuel "Sammy" Knight (Beverly) of Daytona Beach; four God-daughters, Dione Davis, Nikole Ellis, Jacquell Lawson, and Amanda Winn Meyers all of Tallahassee, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
