Dot and family, There will be a large space that is empty where he fit in all our lives. I will miss his ready smile and quick mind in conversation. I feel privileged to have been able to visit him and share the time with you for the past few years. Barbara Powell

Dot, Jackie, William - Though we've not seen you in many years, you'll always be very special friends to us! We have so many wonderful memories of our years in Chattahoochee and great times spent with you. Billy was a wonderful man - so full of life and fun, with a HUGE heart! May God comfort you all.

A wonderful man & pillar of the community. Respected as a gentle man, a loving husband, father and grandfather who never refused to help others and who was especially precious to his family.
Men such as Billy are so very rare. Heaven has truly gained a gem.
You will be missed but never forgotten.

Crossing the Bar
Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.
