Zachary Palmer Obituary
Zachary Palmer, Baltimore, Maryland died November 27th at Gilcrist Hospice Center in Baltimore. The son of Margaret L. Neeley and the late D.Richard Palmer of Denver, Colorado. As a 1975 Leon High School grad, Zach had many friends and close associations in the North Florida area. Employed by NSA, Maryland-Washington D.C as an Infrastructural Engineer, some signature projects include the U.S Bio-Nuelear Science Experimental Complex at Fort Detrick, restoration of the U.S Naval Academy, Annapolis and lead coordinator in design/development of Maryland forensic labs. Member of U.S Coast Guard and avid sailor. With his boat building skills, recently designed and built a thirty-four foot cabin cruiser christened "The Buster" affectionately named for his maternal grandfather. He leaves his dearest wife Sharon Sessaman and a loving family. Memorial Services were held at Rosedale Gardens,Maryland.

I have just been notified about Zack's passing. My condolences and heart felt sorrow to the entire family. I'm so glad to had known him - we experienced so much hard times when young. I do thank God that I was able to contact him and speak with him. He was so proud of his family.

I am so sorry for the loss of Zack. He was such a nice guy, fun and witty. He called me "goldilocks" in school..he and Cliff Mansfield were a pair!...I've never forgotten him. My deepest sympathies to his family.

I went to school with Zach, and also skating at the Armory when we were both quite young. What a wonderful guy he was - I remember him fondly. So sorry to hear of his passing. God bless to the family.
