Aaron Fuchs Obituary

FUCHS, Aaron passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 83, in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was born in New York City and formerly of Fort Lee and Wyckoff, New Jersey. Raised in Hewlett, New York, he developed a lifelong affinity for playing tennis at the early age of 10. Growing up with his beloved brother Jack, Aaron attended Milford Academy in Connecticut and graduated from Babson College after which the brothers ran a successful management business as partners for life. In 1993 Aaron met his loving wife, Elaine Plante. Through their 33 years together they enjoyed an active and adventurous life. They shared a passion for worldwide travel, dining and making friends wherever they went. Splitting their time between New Jersey frequently spending time with family and Florida beginning in 2002 they became active members of Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club where they were blessed to have many friends as well as special times together. They moved to Florida full time in 2021 where Aaron shared his love of sports, good food, and lively conversation with his close-knit circle of tennis and golf friends. Aaron is survived by his dearly loved wife, Elaine; brother, Jack; daughters, Caroline Fuchs and Stacey Rochlin; son-in-law, Jeff Rochlin; grandsons, Joshua and Jake; stepsons, Daryl and Jason Plante; and step-grandchildren, Melanie, Devin and Liam Plante. Always Affable, Kind and Willing To Listen, Aaron will be greatly missed by all. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, April 26 from 3-5 pm at Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club, 6000 Sun Blvd., St. Petersburg, Florida. www.davidcgross.com
