Adrian Dehart Obituary

DEHART, Adrian Sr., 84, of Tampa, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2007. Mr. DeHart was born January 24, 1923, in Beckley, W.Va. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years in 1942. He graduated from the University of Tampa in 1950, and was a missionary in Spain for five years. After 42 years of civil service, he retired in Tokyo, Japan, in 1995. He was a member of Assembly of God Church in New Port Richey. He is survived by his wife, Sumiko DeHart; daughter, Kathleen Robinson (Emil) of Orlando, Fla.; son, Adrian DeHart Jr. of Gulf Port, Mich.; and a grandson, Nathan Robinson of Orlando. He is also survived by his brother, Cameron DeHart of Lake Wales, Fla.; and sisters, Betty Utt of Va, and Ernestine Angstadt of Haysville, Kan. A graveside service will take place at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at Florida National Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2007, at Loyless Funeral Home.
