Alan Campbell Obituary

CAMPBELL, Alan 76, St. Petersburg, passed on May 6, 2011. He was preceded in death by his son, Greg. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Barbara; son, Scott (Lynn); grandson, Shawn (Jenny); great-granddaughter, Hailey. He retired from WFLA-TV after an entire career in TV broadcasting. Memorial service May 24th at 4 pm at Pasadena Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in his name to Pasadena Presbyterian Church or Suncoast Hospice.

I am so sorry for your families loss. May the "God of comfort" (2 Cor. 1:3) provide you with all the necessary support, thru the words contained in his Word that you need at this most difficult time.

The death of Alan will be a loss to me, as we were West Virginia buddies from the days of Marshall College! Alan and his family have always been shining lights among the masses and they are indeed a credit to Alan. May time help heal your great loss. Love, Jane Lee
