Although it was a short time in the spectrum of life right now I have such fond memories of the Grigsby's and am thankful For the invites to church, lunch, sporting events and family time in general. It made a huge impact on who I am today and as a parent myself now I can look back and say you and Mrs. Grigsby are very inspiring and were great to all the kids in the neighborhood. I'm sorry for your loss girls.

I will always remember you and your family picking me up for church on sunday then golded corral or red lobster afterwards. All the Soccer games in highschool and the travel team Katie and I played on, and how you would always take us to our travel team games no matter how far they were. Riding the 4 wheelers and hanging out at the house. I will always remember the night right after I got my licenses and I ran over the racoon and you checked my car out to make sure it was ok. You were a great man and you and your family have touched my life in so many ways. You will be dearly missed.

Wanting to let all you girls know how saddened we are by this happening. We have many memories of your parents with you girls and happy times you all had together. (smile) Your dad even 'saved' Paul one time, when Paul thought I had Katie and picked up Jared from the soccer field on his way home from work. He came home to me making dinner. When I asked where Katie was, he looked at me, questioningly, saying, "she's not with you??" (smile) And then made a mad dash back to the soccer field. He met your dad on the way there, as Alan had just stuck that 'extra' Katie right in the vehicle and was bringing her home for us! Know there are so many stories and memories, of all of the 'growing up years' and the love you have all shared. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Wish there was more to do or say to take the pain away. All I can do is hold on to my faith of seeing you again in Heaven. Remembering the good times of gator rides, silly songs, golden corral every Sunday, your big hat that mom bought for all the boy grandkids, and more help me. I can't wait to read what others remember too. I'll always love you dad. God, help us to remember the good, pray for the weak, and be strong in You.
