Arlene Arocho Obituary

AROCHO, Arlene, 55, of Tampa, passed away October 25, 2007. Born and raised in New York City, N.Y., Arlene moved to the Tampa area from Puerto Rico in 1984. She was a devoted Christian, and a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. Survivors include her husband, Dr. Pedro Arocho of Tampa; daughter, Jessica Arocho of Tampa; daughter, Jeanine Arocho and fiance DJ Lawrence of Tampa; parents, Julio and Beatriz Torres of Puerto Rico; and brother, Julio Torres Jr. of Puerto Rico. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2007, at the Blount & Curry Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W. Bearss Ave., Tampa. A funeral will take place at noon Tuesday, October 30, at the funeral home, to be followed by interment at the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Words of comfort may be expressed at www.blountcurry.com
