Barbara DAVIS

DAVIS, Barbara was born in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina; she is predeceas-ed by her father, Zeb B. Davis Jr.; and mother, Lynn Jones. She is survived by her husband, Dirk; son, Benjamin; and brother, Zeb B. Davis III; nieces, Susan Thompson and Melanie Wood; members of her extended family; and Inge, her German Shepard that she adored. Barbara graduated from Plant High School in 1971, she was giving, kind and generous, always thinking of others before herself. The Cake Lady, as she was sometimes referred to, was known to all her friends and family for her delicious cakes. Also known as the Queen of Donatello, she was their most favorite patron and ambassador, a friend and a like a mother to all of the staff and considered family to owner Gino Tiozzo. A Celebration of Life will be held at her favorite place, Donatello on December 18, 2022 from 7-10 pm.
