Charles Coffman Obituary
71, passed away on November 11, 2024 at his home.
He was born in Cumberland, Maryland and moved to Florida after his high school graduation.
He had a 23-year career at Florida Power Corporation.
After he retired, he pursued his passion of music by playing in bands and helping to raise money for charities.
Charlie loved giving music lessons to his students and formed close friendships.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Laura, and his two beloved daughters, Janelle (Pete) Limpraphanonta, Cherilyn (Joseph) Herzhauser; and four grandchildren whom he adored, Harper and Hannah and Jay and Pax.
Family will have a private remembrance.
Charlie was an amazing, loving man and will be missed dearly!
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice or your favorite charity.

Laura, I was so sorry to hear about Charlie. Words are never adequate at a time like this...just know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I'll always remember Charlie for his laugh and the crazy pictures he would bring back to the "Right-of-Way Utilization" team at FPC....Llamas, tigers, zebras, oh my! He and Frank Badger were the ROW rock stars!
