Laura, I was so sorry to hear about Charlie. Words are never adequate at a time like this...just know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I'll always remember Charlie for his laugh and the crazy pictures he would bring back to the "Right-of-Way Utilization" team at FPC....Llamas, tigers, zebras, oh my! He and Frank Badger were the ROW rock stars!
