Dear Dad,
My heart is aching as I write this. I can't really believe that you are gone. I wish I could've had the chance to speak to you one last time. I want to thank you for all of the fun times, the laughs we shared, the love, the memories and for being a great Dad. I promise I will look after Mom for you. I will love you always.
Love,
Cheryl

Chich was Best Man at our wedding in Valley Forge, PA. Back then he was serving in the USN while I was in the USCG. He was such a devil -- he put some smelly old cheese pn the exhaust manifold of our car engine -- soon after we departed on our honeymoon we became aware of it. Chick was full of fun. We miss him!
