Castro, Christopher Robert

of Tampa, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, in Tampa. Born on July 22, 1973, in Tampa, Chris was the beloved son of Larry and Mary Jo Castro. He had a passion for hunting and found joy in spending time on the lake. Chris was preceded in death by his wife, Katie Castro; his grandparents, John and Mary Greco; and his grandparents, Laurence and Roberta Castro. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Courtney and Joshua Murray; his son, Noah Castro; his sister and brother-in-law, Michelle, and Thomas Adkins; his niece and nephew, Lauren and Nicholas Adkins; his parents, Larry and Mary Jo Castro; his two grandchildren, Caitlyn and Oliver Murray; and his fiancée, Jessica Simkins. A visitation will be held on October 3, 2025, from 11 am, with a Funeral Service starting at 12 pm at Blount & Curry FH-Carrollwood, located at 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618.
