Steve,
Please know my thoughts & prayers are with you. I remember Cooper all the way back to Little Folk Farm & P.Hill school when he was there with my son Bryan . Cooper was always a happy, outgoing , spirited boy. He had a positive attitude and was a natural leader , just like his dad. I have a 15 year old boy too and my heart aches for your loss. I pray for a speedy recovery for you Steve, and I know God will give you the strength you need each and every day.

Dear Steven, We were deeply saddened to hear of Cooper's passing. We had the pleasure of meeting Cooper when he was 9 at your home in Maine. He was quite the talented swimmer and the perfect gentleman. We saw him again in Freeport, ME at Arthur Cooper's 90th birthday celebration. He was such a fine young man. Please know that you are in our deepest thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. Please take comfort in knowing he touched the lives of so many. We wish you strength from the Lord.

Steve,
I am so terribly saddened by your family tragedy. I was Cooper's pre-school teacher at Lil' Folk Farm and will never forget his unbridled love of life and infectious smile. We crossed paths again at Pleasant Hill School where he befriended my twin boys and promised to protect them from any "playground bullies". Cooper's warm soul, kind words and adventurous nature have touched so many. May we never forget these gifts.
Take care,
Martha Whitton

Cooper,
You were truely my bestfriend in florida, you always were there for me when I had news and always gave me the best advise. When you and I were moving up north we were so excited because we had so many plans for the winter time. It was going to be a blast. They say only the good die young and you were a very good person and a true friend. When your mom had died three years ago I feel like that was the time you and your dad would become a team, and now that you have passed it's your moms turn to spend her time to spend with you. We will meet again in the future cooper. I love you very much and miss you.

Dear Steve,
I am so very, very sorry for your tremendous loss. It is difficult to put one's mind around the loss of such a beloved and beautiful child. There simply are no words I can find to capture the weight of your loss or the the depth of my sympathy. With the support of family and friends, I hope you find the healing path and always know that Cooper and Janet are forever close by your side.
In sympathy,

My deepest sympathies go out to the Campbell and Cooper family. I had the pleasure of meeting Cooper when he was in elementary school, he had come to the pancake breakfast with his mom and grandfather, Mr. Cooper. He was such a friendly young boy, and sounds like he had grown to be a really wonderful guy. His grandfather, Mr. Cooper has always said he was such a good boy, and it certainly sounds like it. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. He is certainly watching over steve, and the rest of his family along side his mother. God Bless, Kim

Steve, I was extremely saddened to learn that you and Cooper were in that vehicle involved in the fatal crash. I remember all of you, Steve, Janet and Cooper from Lil' Folk Farm about 10 years ago. Cooper stands out in my mind as singing Rockin Robin when our children "graduated" from preschool. Cooper was always smiling and laughing and I recall all the staff and fellow classmates being drawn to him. He sounds like he had grown into a remarkable young man, which means that you and Janet did a wonderful job. I hope that at some point Steve, you will be able to remember your family with smiles and laughter of all of the memories you have shared.

Steven and family: In this time of deepest sorrow I send you my deepest sympathies. I do not know Cooper or your family but this tragic event has touched Mainers deep in their hearts. I only hope that Cooper and his mother are together again and that you Steven, can one day look back on your grand times with Cooper without sadness but joy that you brought up a wonderful young man who from the sounds of it was a great son and friend. Peace be with you and yours at this time.
