Barb, Craig & Jen, Shannon... I have a lot of special memories of Craig Sr., seeing his face in the crowd at dozens of concerts, torturing Craig and Shannon with jokes... something a friend loved to watch! Everyone has commented about his sense of humor and love of life, and that's exactly how I'll remember him too.

Thoughts and prayers from the whole Zern family are with you all.

I only had the opportunity to spend time with Craig once, but his spirit lives on through his son, who is one of my closest friends. His sense of humor, love of life, and dedication to family will live on with Craig, Jen, Barbara and Shannon. My thoughts and prayers are with all of them in this difficult time. He will be missed.

“ We will remember Craig as a fun-filled, dedicated husband, father and friend. Never a dull moment when Craig was around! We enjoyed card games, going to dinner and going on vacation with Craig & Barb. Craig was always fun to be with for a round of golf. Of course who can forget his famous line whenever someone tried to pull something on him, “I may have been born at night, but it wasn’t last night.” Our prayers are with Barb, Shannon, Craig & Jen. “

I met Craig a couple of years ago. He was a wonderful friend to my sister and brother-in-law and that is how I came to know him and his wife, Barb. We shared the past two Thanksgivings and most recently, Easter day with him and Barb at my sister's home. His sense of humor and quick wit were evident from our first meeting, and this is what I will remember most about him. He will be missed dearly by all those who knew and loved him. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends during this sad time.

Met Craig at Cardone approx 11 yrs ago. Loved him for his wit and humor and dedication to everything he did. He'll be missed as part of the "Bally breakfast" group. We'll remember him, too, as a kind and giving man. A good friend. Our prayers are for comfort for Barb and the family.

I met Craig Dyer , Sr. for the first time earlier this month when he was out in California watching Craig, Jr. help coach the Penn State Men’s Volleyball team to the NCAA Championship. Although I didn’t have the privilege of spending a lot of time with him, his genuine goodness and the pride that he had in his family was written all over his face and was clearly obvious in his comments and behaviors that I was fortunate to witness.

What a man he was. We are forever grateful to God for allowing our paths to cross 16 years ago and for the relationship that we had with your family since that time.
