Dr. Dan THE Man. I use to say to you. I was so shocked and broken hearted to hear of your passing. You had a passion for your work that your patients and myself felt as soon as I met you. Your caring bed side manner for me as a scared patient was so comforting. You had many gifts and left a legacy beyond imagination for most. What you did for me, the confidence you gave me in my life as my doctor was priceless. Thank you for being who you were and the difference you made on this earth for so many others. God Bless YOU. Heaven is so fortunate to have you.

Dr. Stein was a gifted surgeon and a humanitarian. He treated his patients with digtnity and loyalty. I am stunned by the news of his passing and equally saddened for those who had yet to have the privilege of meeting such an amazing physician and medical artist.

I am so sorry to hear about Dr. Stein no longer being with us. He was so brilliant. I know he had so much more to do on this earth. I did some work for Dr. Stein years ago and I recall him being so caring and dedicated to his work. Such a force and energy! An amazing person with so many interests and talents. God Bless you, Dr. Stein. I know the world was a better place because of you. You will be sorely missed.

Oh how my hjeart feels heavy for I have truly lost a friend. A man that never judged any one. A man who always understood. A man who could see beauty in both women, men, everyone, your lifes work will be remembered by me as incomplete, God took you too soon from us that always loved the time we spent with you. I will never forget this quote! Where do I begin? Thirty-five wonderful years ago, I met, (NEXT TO MY DAD),The other most important, special, man in my LIFE! And he always stayed Right There! I used to say to him when he discussed whatever New Idea he was constantly telling me about, "Are You Sure You are Not, "Dan Einstein?" We would both Laugh! Dan, You Are, Have Been, and will Always Be, My Best Friend and Mentor! I Respect and Appreciate everything you always did, not only for me, but my Family Too! I Cherish every moment we spent together! I applaud and Praise all your accomplishments! I hope I brought as much Joy into your Life as you did into mine! Oh Dan, You were almost enganged to my daughter and from day 1,called me "Mom". Cristina was worried that she had not heard from you. Finally I received a form letter on the 19th. What a way to find out...we will talk about that when we next meet. Thank you for allot of fun times. I always looked forward to staying over with my dauther and you. I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Stein on his Dan-e project and was amazed by his passion, knowledge and drive. I don't think I will ever meet someone quite like Dr. Stein. He will definitely be missed.

I have been a patient, friend and business acquaintence of Dr. Stein's since 1990. I miss him and still find it difficult to believe that he is no longer with us. May God Bless his family and friends and comfort them in this time of sorrow.

I met Dan Stein in the mid 1970's as he began his incredible career. He saved my life - literally and emotionally - and has always remained in my heart. He was my doctor until I moved away in 1985, and when visiting my daugthers last week I read of his passing. I am so saddened and send my sincere condolences to his family. He was a truly gifted and wonderful person and although he will be missed, he truly left a lasting memory on all he touched.

My heart is broken. Dr. Stein was a wonderful man, physician, and friend. He was looking forward to an acting role I cast him in (as a doctor) in my upcoming film. I will never forget this amazing man who did so much for so many.

I got a chance to meet Dr.Stein the end of march for my consultation .I have never met such a doctor that showed such interest,passion,love for his work.I was in shock to hear the news of his passing.You will be missed !

As I mentioned last week when I learned of your passing, I'll say again here, or a hundred times more, that I am nearly speechless having learned that you're gone.
I don't want to believe it, as you've been nothing but a positive influence and pure joy to visit as your patient of 5 years.
You were more than a Doctor, you were a compassionate, wonderful, talented human being, and coming to see you and your staff ever so often made me feel like I was among friends, heck, even family, as I shared so much about what was going on in my life with everyone as I visited. It was like keeping family abreast of my happenings while you treated me with such professionalism and care.
I looked so forward to seeing you and everyone. I am at a loss, my heart heavy, and trying to reconcile with the reality that I won't see you again on this earth, or share my stories and successes, of which you always wanted to hear, nor will I again receive the fruit of your talents.
May you rest in peace, and may those left behind who suffer your departure, find comfort and peace in their memories of you.
I will miss you Dr. Stein, my doctor and friend. A song I will sing for your soul, as I bid you farewell.
