Darrell DUDNEY Obituary

DUDNEY, Darrell Dee, age 72, died peacefully at home August 22, 2014. He is survived by two sons, Dennis and Jason; two grandchildren, Ash and Phoebe; mother, Joan Dudney; sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Dan Slivinsky; and two nieces, Jean Hrechuk and Julie Monette. He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Dudney and twin brother, Dennis. Darrell was born in San Diego and moved to Titusville at age 15. He spent four years in the Navy and graduated from FL Tech University. During college, he worked with Mitchell's Tuxedo Rentals and later opened his own formalwear store in Tampa. He owned and operated Bib 'n Tux Formalwear for 35 years and is well known by many of Hillsborough County's male population for outfitting them for proms, weddings, and other festive occasions. Darrell was an avid golfer and boasted two "holes-in-one" in the past year. His out-going and friendly person-ality yielded him many friends and he will be sorely missed. The family wishes to thank all who shared their kind thoughts and gestures over the past few weeks and requests that no flowers or donations be made. Thoughts and con-dolences can be posted on Facebook at Darrell Dee Dudney Prayer Group. Mem-orial services will be held at The Melech Hospice House Tuesday, August 26 at 1PM.
