DANFORD, Donald Ray, 62, of Lake Placid, Florida passed away on July 29, 2003 at Lake Placid Health Care Center. He was born in Elba, Alabama and came to Lake Placid, Fla., from Indiantown, Florida. He worke d in the Citrus Industry and was a Baptist. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Gloria Danford of Lake Placid, Fla.; one son, Donald Danford of Lake Placid, Fla.; one daughter, Vivian Danford of Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, Pete Danford of Arcadia, Fla., and Guy Danford of Geneva, Fla.; one sister, Mary Smith of Okeechobee, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Jonathan and Timothy Holloway of Orlando, Fla. A Visita tion will be held on Sunday, August 3, 2003 from 5 until 7 p.m. in the Fountain Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 4, 2003 at 10 a.m. at Fountain Chandler Funera l Home Chapel. The burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
