This story has touched me dearly. I send my condolences to your family. I can't imagine the pain of a mother loosing her child in such a hurrendous matter. Even thought little Emanuel is resting in our Lords hand..I know the pain in your heart will never be earased. May the Lord give you the strength you need to go on. God bless you and your family.

Dear Jasmine...I have been grieving and crying tears for your loss and thinking about your precious son, Emanuel. The first thing that came to mind when I read the tragic story online was...,Your son's name...."Emanuel" means..."God With Us". God was and IS with Emanuel and he is waiting for the day you will be reunited with him...Mommy and Son. This does not minimize in any way, the pain you feel now and the pain you will live with for the rest of your life on this earth. I understand this pain Jasmine, because my son Adam died of Sudden Infant Death when he was 4 1/2 months old. This May 17, 2009, he would have been 16 years old. I will grieve my Adam's death until I die. But I hold to the hope and promise I WILL see him again all because of JESUS. I have been writing a book about my grief and pain and I printed Emanuel's photo and the story and I will put this in my book. I will keep your son's memory alive because I know how much it has meant to me when others remember my son's life and death. I love you as a fellow Mother who has lost a child. I have been praying for you Jasmine.
