Ernest BELLO

BELLO, Ernest A. 77, passed away December 1, 2020. Born in Stamford, CT, he graduated from USF in 1970, and lived the remainder of his life in the Tampa Bay area. He worked as an accountant and chief financial officer for multiple Bay Area companies including A-OK Doughnuts (Tampa's first doughnut shop), Knight & Wall, Fabric King, Trinity School for Children, and Accounting Solutions. He loved crunching numbers for a living, but he is probably more well known for crunching Oreos and the pearly keys on his accordion. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, "poppy", and friend. He is survived by his wife, Joanne; son, Ernest; daughters, Cristine and Celeste; brother, John (wife Sherry); sister, Mary; niece, Wendy; nephew, John (wife Sandy); nephew, Michael; sister-in-law, Yvette (husband Alan); and stepdaughter, Jenna (husband Mike and sons Bertram and Mac).
