Ethan WEISER Obituary

WEISER, Ethan Lawrence 15, son of Christopher Lawrence and Lindsay (Croasmun) Weiser, passed away August 26, 2022. He is survived by his siblings, Isaac, Raven Pauley Weiser (sister-in-law), Emma, Lucy, Nessa and Olivia and an extensive, loving family of cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and greats. Ethan was born December 28, 2006 at Morton Plant Hospital. He was the sweetest despite being hard to understand. Eventually that worked itself out, and then we couldn't get him to stop talking, ever. He was always willing to help. A weird love for sweeping/ vacuuming started at a young age and we nurtured that as it benefited many. Always curious, he loved nature and exploring outside. I don't know how he did it, but he caught so many butterflies in his lifetime. He would release them but not until he examined them, held them, passed them around to his siblings and then let them go. He was an entrepreneur at heart. He had big plans, and they've been rock steady for a long time. Don't try arguing with him either about the logistics, because he's right (Insert eye roll). One year he took his Easter basket candy to school after he had stored it in the freezer overnight. He sold it to his classmates and made a nice bit of money. Ethan loved music, his favorite music was Broadway show tunes, sea shanty's for fun along with classic rock. He was beyond excited to have been accepted into the Largo High School Madrigals this year and had been talking about trying out for the candlelight services in Epcot. He loved serving at Real Church. He was definitely not shy about talking about his faith, possibly to a point of annoyance to some, but isn't that an incredible trait to have at 15. To be so passionate and care so much, enough that you don't put anything else above it. Ethan truly loved his immediate family and also showed great love to his extended family. With great love, he would help anyone that asked for anything: aunts, uncles, grand and great-grand parents. He loved playing with his cousins, all 17 of them, gaming, putting on shows, swimming, all the things one does with cousins. We will miss many things, we will miss every night when he goes to bed and says, "night mom, night dad," then for the next 9-12 hours we hear Joy FM loudly from his room. One last hug, even if he didn't want to be touched, or one last funny face would mean more to us than anything in the world. "It is the greatest joy of my life to hear that my children are consistently living their lives in the ways of truth." 3 John 1:4. We are so devastated over the senseless loss of your son. We are still in shock. Frankie & Meriella always said good things about him. Also, Ethan was always so sweet coming over to check on the kids playing in our backyard. If there is anything you need please don´t hesitate to ask. We are just across the street. You & your family are in our thoughts & prayers.

To the entire Weiser family,

Our hearts are so grieved by this tragedy. We'd often see Ethan walking down the street and noticed his special ease, or peace. We pray for God to now wrap all of you in His perfect peace and comfort.
