Frances SMITH Obituary

SMITH, Frances Bianco, 92, passed away May 31, 2010, in Sebring, Fla. She was born in Jacksonville, Fla., to James Antonio and Cesira (Puicitore) Bianco. A cashier for the military, she attended Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and had been a resident of Avon Park since 1982, coming from Newport News, Va. She enjoyed attending church and spending time with her family members and friends. She is survived by her children, Michael Smith (Doris) of Virginia and Terry Smith (Lorena) of Avon Park, Fla.; sister,

Theresa Graham of Orlando, Fla.; four grand-children; 12 great-grand-children; and three-great- great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 26 years, Ted Smith. Services will be conducted Thursday, July 15, 2010, at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va.
