Jackie, I don't know if you will read this, but I want you to know how deeply I care. I loved speaking with you on the phone, and hearing Fred's voice in the background. I knew him when I was 10 and he was 15 and lived next door. I had the most enormous crush on him! I remember his parents and his two cats, Rusty and Blacky! I adored his brother, Don. Don had the coolest Saab car! Oddly enough, I married Butch's (as we called Frederick back in the early '60s) cousin, George, when I was 17. Of course, being a baby, myself, it didn't last. But you and I have spoken on the phone several times in the past 3 years or so. I am so very sorry that you lost your dear Frederick. I know how deeply you loved him, and you were so dedicated to your wonderfully long marriage during a time when marriage is taken so lightly. I hope I can meet up with you in Florida this next year, as I visit near St. Pete frequently. May hugs and much admiration to you. You are a wonderful person, whom I think of often. God richly bless you and all your family.

Scott and family, Fred was always up for a great discussion about trends in the HVAC business. We had some great jobs together. My most sincere sympathies to you all at this difficult time.
