George T. Chambers Sr.

CHAMBERS, George T. Sr., 73, passed away September 6,2006, in Tampa. Mr. Chambers was an aircraft maintenance worker for the Delta Airlines for 33 years. He was an avid animal lover and a member of the Town and Country Baptist Church. He was a member and past Master of the John Darling Masonic Lodge 154, a member past Patron of the Mystic Chapter 110 Order of the Eastern Star, member of the Egypt Temple Shrine. Survivors include his wife, Margaret of Tampa; two daughters, Lynda Kay Stevenson and her husband, Craig, of Las Vegas, Nev., Cynthia Lee Broughton of Tampa; and son, George T. Chambers Jr. of Tampa; six grandchildren and sister, Pasty Clark, of Orlando, Fla. Visitation will take place 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2006, at the Blount ' Curry Funeral Home, 605 South MacDill Ave. Services will follow at 11 a.m. Wednesday September 13, 2006.
