DIFFENBACH, Gerald R. 74 of Zephyrhills, FL died on Saturday, March 26, 2016 in Dade City. Gerald was born in Johnson City, NY to Riker Lewis & Lillian J. (Strope) Dieffenbach and moved to this area in 1982 from Erin, NY. He worked for the Department of Transportation. Gerald was preceded in death by his daughter Mary, Son Paul, Brother Robert and the Mother of his children, Kathleen Perrault. He is survived by his loving family; children Michael (Peggy) Diffenbach, Patricia (Paul) Crowley-Horsehead, Jean (Henry) Petz, and John Diffenbach, Siblings; Richard Dieffenbach and Betty Phillips, 8 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren. Gerald's family will receive friends on Thursday, March 31st from 12:00 until service time at 1:00 pm, at the Hwy 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home, he will be laid to rest at Floral Memory Gardens.

So sorry I ican't make it to say goodbye to my Uncle. I am thinking of all of his children and my father and Aunt who we love dearly. so sad to loose a sibling, but he is at peace now and visiting Uncle Bob ! Love you Uncle Jerry. Many,many memories and happy I go to just see you !!!!
