Dear Mary, Uncle Dick, Vicky, Robbie, and Family-
We are sadden to learn of Jerry's passing. Yet we are relieved that his suffering has ended. Ike and I have fond memories of "Uncle" Jerry making us smile and laugh. Jerry had a gift for making others feel relaxed and at ease. I will miss his quick wit, infection laugh and boundless energy.

Of course, our hearts go out to all the family. There never really is anything to say that can take that sudden emptyness away. He truly will be missed. Love, Karen Good Robbins

Jerry was one of a kind, I enjoyed working with him at Fleming Foods and all the years he was at Acosta. Lots of Food Shows and many store sets. None of us will ever forget Jerry, my thoughts and prayers will be with you Mary.

Mary & Gerry. The greatest love affair I have ever known; the fairy tale that others hope for. You laugh, love, and love living. Anyone who has had the privilege of knowing you has felt it. My heart is full of memories and happiness. Thank you for sharing Gerry with us.

Jerry always had something funny to say. It might not have been politically correct but it was always funny.
He and my father were inseparable. My parents (Al and Em) and Mary and Jerry were always going somewhere. Sometimes I was lucky enough to be along for the ride. Jerry and my Dad were always teasing or joking around with someone. Anyone could fall into their cross hairs. Sometimes it was a unsuspecting victim but more often than not it was one of us. They would go on and on until we were laughing so hard there were tears running down our faces.
When we would go out it would always start out the same way. Jerry would say "Well Roger it looks like your father is in charge today" Dad would reply " The hell it is! It was my turn yesterday." Then Jerry would have the last word " Well now that settles it Roger your in charge!"
We were all lucky to have known Jerry. He brightened our lives in ways that other people could only wish to. He loved to make us smile but most of all he loved us.
Thanks for all the wonderful memories.

Dear Mary, I'm so sorry to hear this as the world just lost a very bright light but I know that Gerry is in heaven with Dad laughing away and having a drink at the bar in the clouds and praying for those of us here on earth. My deepest sympathy Mary and to Gerry until we meet again, Linda Imhoff Carl
