Hazel CASELNOVA Obituary
88, of Dade City, FL, passed away August 19, 2018. She was born in Magnetic Springs, OH. Hazel was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years, Dominick; and her loving grandson, Alex. She is survived by her five children and their families. A memorial service will be held in her honor 3 pm, Saturday, August 25, 2018, at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Gulfside Regional Hospice, 2061 Collier Parkway, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639.
