Met Jackie in 1988..in Pascagoula MS...he was doing sound and lights for the band SnowWhite playing in Thunders. the local club....met my sweetheart Al Kelly guitar player for the band..and he I and Jackie spent all our time together..i was visiting a friend ..i lived in Texas....after the gig ended the band went to Pensacola Nava Air station..i stayed in Pascagoula...Al called me and insisted I come on down as he put it...I did...I went....found Jackie and the rest of the band...they told me where Al was....omg..we had so much fun those 2 weeks....every night..me and Jackie would put away 4 pitchers of beer..while the band played....After that gig ended..we went to Clearwater and was at his sister Tammys for a few days...then Al left with me and we went to Texas...was there a year then moved to St Pete...again..found Jackie....it was like we 3 were destined for a time to be good friends....I ll never forget him..he had a magnetic personality..every body liked him...will sorely miss him the rest of my life..and his memory...omg that laugh he had..infectious....
When Al and I had problems..id call Jackie up go see him we'd go fishing...
He was a great guy...the best of friends....i was there when Tasha Lee was born..and Ashley Lucille was just little over a year old if that..spent enormous amounts of time with him the kids and Angie...they had their ups and downs as we all do but they were my best friends....miss you Jackie..with all my heart...Rest in Peace

My brother was the leader and protector of our family.Someone who seemed so tough and strong on the outside .But on the inside he had the most amazing warm heart .I know that he loved his mother and his girl's with everything he had .I have seen many times he has gone out of his way to help his family and friends .So now God has called him up to continue his work as a angel.Even though we can't see him he will always be there as the leader and protector he has always been. RIP I will always love you with all my heart and you will be truly missed. But I know that I have one hell of a Angel looking out for me and in that I take peace and confront

Ashley and Natasha your father's light will burn brightly in you and your children to come forever. He is just home now waiting on you watching over you. When he's not checking on the races. LOL I knew your father when he was just this redheaded kid riding his bike through the Largo trailer parks. And then our lives cross paths again later. And if that hadn't happened I would have never met you girls. Prayers for you and your family sending our love Tina Carl Shaylin and Macara. God bless

Jackie lived life to it's fullest with a free soul and spirit. There will be a lot of sadness and heartache to a lot of people who receive news of his passing. However you will not find any sadness in Jack today, it's Sunday -Race Day-. All of my family's thoughts and prayers to his Mother,Daughters and all of his family.
