Jesse GARRETT Obituary
76, of St. Petersburg, pas-sed away March 16, 2018. He was a founder (1992 est.) and pastor of Bible Truth Deliverance Church. Pastor Jesse B. Garrett Sr. was a Chaplin of various prison ministries. He was employed as a mechanic at Crown Nissan and was a former mason. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 40 years, Cheryl; two sons, Jonathan Garrett and Jesse (Ashley) Garrett Jr.; three daughters, Camillia Garrett, Antionette Curry, Sharon (Harold) Myrick; one sister, Ethel Sandy; 14 grandchildren; several great- grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Visitation is Friday 6-7 pm Wake 7-8 pm at Bible Truth Deliverance Church, Service is Saturday 11 am at Bethel Community Baptist Church. Guestbook at:

Dear Mother Garrett, Garrett Family, and The Bible Truth Deliverance Church: Deacon Zema James Florence Jr., Elder Karolyn M. Florence, and Sister Aramis C. Florence were deeply saddened to hear about the death of Pastor Garrett. It was an Honor to have known such a wonderful Man of God. He will truly be missed! Which makes This day sad and happy, Sad because of the Loss and Happy because Pastor Garrett has Reached his Final Destination in Life(ON FRIDAY!(Smile!) What a Relationship with God!) and is Now united with our Lord and Savior. To God Be The Glory!
