Joseph Laino Obituary
passed away on September 15, 2025 just eight months after his beloved wife, Celeste Laino. He was born in 1929 in Rosario, Argentina to Italian immigrant parents, Nellina Bilancieri and Pedro Laino. He lived and worked in Cordoba, Buenos Aires, Venezuela, New York and Tampa. He and his wife ran a successful, well-respected advertising agency in Tampa for 32 years. He had many achievements and honors. The full obituary is at Dignitymemorial.com. He is survived by loving family in Argentina and many dear friends here in the United States. He will be deeply missed, however, we take solace in knowing that he is at peace with his dear wife. There will be a graveside service on October 10, 2025 at 10 am at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.

As Celeste´s American family, he became part of our family when they were married. He was the most talented person I have ever known. Celeste called me every week as long as she was able to and always kept us abreast of him and his accomplishments which were many. He will be greatly missed.

My husband, Frank, and I met Osvaldo when he became a member of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Hispanic Advisory Council many years ago. Osvaldo was a gentleman, talented and always willing to go the extra mile to assist and to make sure that the Council's projects were successful. Additionally, he was a devoted husband to Celeste, who was herself a beautiful person. Many years later, as much older people, we had the pleasure of running into them often at the mall as we were all regulars there walking for our health. Each time, we would stop and enjoy some time together reminiscing or simply comparing the problems of old age. Always, it was a wonderful time together. Our love and prayers go out to their families and good friends.
