Joseph Osvaldo Laino

As Celeste´s American family, he became part of our family when they were married. He was the most talented person I have ever known. Celeste called me every week as long as she was able to and always kept us abreast of him and his accomplishments which were many. He will be greatly missed.

My husband, Frank, and I met Osvaldo when he became a member of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Hispanic Advisory Council many years ago. Osvaldo was a gentleman, talented and always willing to go the extra mile to assist and to make sure that the Council's projects were successful. Additionally, he was a devoted husband to Celeste, who was herself a beautiful person.
