Joseph Wachtel was a good, kind man with a heart for others. He and Anita were true soul mates whose lives complimented one another. Few couples share laughter. We will miss Joe's hearty laughter! May God comfort you Anita and give you peace as you know Joe is in a better place. Love Karen
